Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return. Simply send us an email at returns@mavolla.com with your order number, the name of the item(s) you want to return and the reason for returning.

• You ordered the wrong size
• You would like to exchange your item for another
• You don’t want your item
• Your item is damaged
• You received the wrong item

Please note that the item(s) must be in the same condition as upon receival, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on gift cards and sale items. We also don’t take returns on earrings and ear cuffs due to hygienic reasons.
