European Union & United Kingdom
We are pleased to provide our customers with FREE delivery on orders from €50 (gift cards excluded). The shipping cost for orders below €50 is €3.95. The estimated delivery time is between 2 - 7 business days*. Republic of Ireland: Please note that shipments to Ireland are currently facing delays due to stricter importing controls and local transportation issues. We count on your understanding and would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

United States & Canada
For all orders from the United States and Canada, we are pleased to provide our customers with FREE delivery on orders from €75 (gift cards excluded). The shipping cost for orders below €75 is €7.95. The estimated delivery time is between 5 - 9 business days*.

 

 

Other international countries
For all orders outside the European Union, United Kingdom, the US or Canada, we are pleased to provide our customers with FREE delivery on orders from €75 (gift cards excluded). The shipping cost for orders below €75 is €7.95. The estimated delivery time is between 6 - 12 business days*.

 

 

*Please note that couriers in some cases might face delays due to high volumes and staff shortages. Unfortunately we cannot influence this. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

 

Customs duties and taxes
Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs duties and taxes. In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

 

 

Disclaimer
Please be aware that packages that are returned because of multiple failed delivery attempts will NOT be reimbursed. It is the sole responsibility of the receiver to contact the local courier or customs office to arrange a new delivery date in case the receiver was not present during previous delivery attempts.
